Delivery & Returns
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or Freight Forwarding Companies.
Please note that all orders made after 10.45am are processed and dispatched on the following working day.
STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.95
Deliveries typically take three to five days and will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We'll provide you with a tracking link via email which will allow you to monitor the progress of your order, with the option of changing to a more convenient delivery date.
24 HOUR DELIVERY - £5.75
Orders placed before 11.15am Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 24 hours. Please note, however, that orders placed after 11.15am are processed and dispatched the following working day. Working days for processing and dispatch of 24 hour deliveries exclude Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Orders made after 11.15 on a Friday will be dispatched for delivery on a Monday morning. This service includes deliveries to Mainland UK, AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The 24 Hour Delivery service is only available if the option is displayed at the checkout, based on the delivery Post Code customers enter.
All 24 hour deliveries are tracked, and require a recipient signature.
DHL Air - Price varies according to location
Orders placed before 11.15am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout, and based on the geographical location that the order is being shipped to. The timescale for delivery is also indocated at the checkout stage.
Please note, that orders placed after 11.15am are processed and dispatched the following working day. Working days for processing and dispatch of DHL Air deliveries exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Orders made after 11.15 on a Friday will be dispatched for delivery on a Monday morning.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
We offer a returns service via Royal Mail, using one of our Returns Notes.
In the unlikely event that a return is necessary, please contact RETURNS@KAMIKAZEANGEL.COM with your original order number to request a Returns Note. Our Returns service is separate from your right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.
We will confirm by email once we have safely received your parcel and a refund has been processed.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
All items should be returned new and unused, with the Kamikaze Angel tags intact and with the original packaging, within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
All items should be returned along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and prompt processing.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. If any item you purchase is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days or if the fault occurs within 6 months you have the right to claim a free repair or replacement.
Please contact us should you wish to return a faulty item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All our orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatched.
Returns we receive outside of our 14 days returns policy without prior notification will only be accepted at our discretion except in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders.
